      Test fitting the rears:

Sorry for the iPhone pics, I left my card reader in San Marcos.

          here is a 19x9.5 et 27 with a 235/35.

shits tucked so i know you can fit whatever back there, go get you some 235/35 and 215/35 yokohama s.drives and it will look killer.

quality of the roll will be essential.

That guy has done LOTS of fender work though.

Think I could make a 225/40 fit in the rear and a 215/40 fit up front without too much rubbing?

its less than cutting the inner lip and pulling the fender, if you take your time its not hard at all but i guess thats subjective.

215/225 should fit no problem with a mild roll.

I had a "mild" roll and I rubbed like all hell.

I don't know what's going on with Kielan's* to make it rub, probably 40 profile on 18's and a shh roll (?) but 17's with the specs you've said will not rub if you just roll the lip flat. I guarantee it. When you roll the lip flat it will naturally push the arch out a little aswell but...

                    This photo's 8.5j et8 (205 40), 10j et6 (225 35) with a decent roll

Kielan* if you're going to insult me spell my name right at very least especially since it was right in front of you.

I did have 18s, but if he is going to run a similar look fitment wise he would still have the same problem. My lip was not rolled flat because I didn't want to flare the fender at all. The roll was not "shit", my tires ran wide, maybe that was my problem. The fronts didn't rub at all. Only the rears, and they rubbed a lot. I don't get why that is so hard to understand?

Sorry lil fella I wasn't trying to insult, I've always made the effort to spell your name correctly coz I know how it makes you feel. My bad.

"albeit not the best" is what you said so I ran with it.

It's not hard at all, everything is understood. You can roll the lip flat without flaring, just keep the roller at the right angle and it will stay vertical and it will still push out as I said before.

45 is too tall imo. I'd go for what Kielan* said in his first post although if you went 225 35 out back would get rid of some of the natural rake and be a better stretch match

*geniunely did not mean for that to happen
