Thanks. I shot them an email, Hopefully it isn't too expensive, only need the fronts done.

And I'm bored of the fr's,. Found a new set I like just haggling price at the moment..

will the steeda X5 balljoints work the same way they do on my sn95? if you dont run the spacers you get an extra 1/2" drop, obviously you want more than that but it retains strut travel.

Thanks. Yeah, i'm capable of going 2" lower in the rear right now. But I'm not going to until I can get this strut problem figured out. I'm out of travel with the front strut, so it's not like I can just cut the spring perch and have it welded lower.

I have done a few practice runs with the interior, used scrap material laying around to do the pattern, came out great. I'll get pics up as soon as I do the real deal. Got some pretty thick cotton badding, so I'm hoping it will be pretty "puffy".

Can't answer the strut question, but damn man, your car is coming along. I'm loving it.

Were your family members able to do the diamond stitching?

^ shortened shock throw is what coilovers get you (or modified shocks with air).

So I purchased the 8" rear springs (currently running 10") for the coilovers, The rear will be definitely low enough (pic below of how she sits at the moment with the 10" springs). However I'm having a problem with the front. Is there anyway to move the actual shock lower in the sleeve in order to lower the overall ride height? I think my only other option would be to have the actual strut length shortened.

It's pretty much damn impossible to do what you guys do with the 350z. Maybe one day they will bring the IRS back, until then there's no way to tuck huge wheels that have super low offsets with no camber.
What coilovers were they? I assume eibach coils from your post above.

What else is needed to get a stang this low due to not having an IRS?

Just picked up a 5.0 and I neeeeed it lowerrrr... I was thinking eibach sportlines... but what did he suggest?

Okay..well here is how the rear looks. The springs that came with the kit are 10" eibach coil overs. I'll be purchasing 8" springs after a while, just want to see at what height these settle at. I'm thinking on the fronts I'm going to have to cut the bump stops. The current vogtland springs don't offer much clearance in that area and these are only going to be lower. For now my front end is sitting higher than the rear, I'll end up doing the fronts Tuesday.
