But seriously. Did you consider some 17x9s? From what I can see you could have fit some 9s, atleast 8.5s, and stretched the same tires on them. This would have given you stretch and more flushness without taking anything away. With a bit of camber and lowness those wheels are going to sink like hell. It's whatever, but to call it Very Aggressive on a Stance forum is simply asking for a hard time. There's nothing aggressive about ordering stock spec wheels off tire rack. Ya know?
lol this has to be the FIRST thread on SW where someone gets bashed!
Theres a very good point here, calling it very aggressive. and having everyone super stoked to see what you have done, and its stock. Is a HUGE let down.
Oh well, next time. Pick an appropriated title, like Ford Focus on after-market wheels, 4x4 status.
ok i agree that it doesnt look that good right now but with a healthy drop it could look ok...
a cheap mod that i think would look good would be to take the ford badge off the front grill and paint the mesh black...would look better than silver imo

once you lower it, you will need at least 25mm spacers..
^^^this. and just so you have an idea, my wheels are 8.5 wide, I'm running a 25mm spacer up front and a 30 on the rears. Front is perfect to my liking but the rears are weak sauce.
im sorry but in the one post, you said that you prefer performance over looks. this might be the wrong site for you lol. most of these guys (including me very soon) are slammed on wide wheels and tiny tires, which arent good for lots of things but we prefer form over function. most of us, not all though
At least now I know I didn't have to doubt as to showing my car to all of you. I thought it didn't have enough to gather compliments. But now I see I REALLY HAZ DA PERFECT FITMENT with my Sportlines 2" drop. At least I can't go Rally-Trophy without any damage to my bumpers
cobrawannabe, btw 3" drop DOES make the car slammed and DOES CHANGE the geometry of Focus suspension. Even 2" drop is an excessive drop for stock suspension if we speak about performance. So dropping your car 3" down will kill handling but will not get you close to a nice stance due to those 7.5-inchers. In any case ZX4 is not the best car for AutoX. So better go STANCE.
