No it all started with support those who support you. All the major legit companies support our hobby while knock off brands come through and try to profit off of it without giving a damn about us. I can't tell you how many car shows/meets that these major wheel companies have paid for.

I guess I see a different view of things. I see a lot of "reputable" companies that price hike products to take advantage of changing trends.

It also depends on what you want from your car and what "stance" means to you. I'm a racer at heart and my "build" reflects that. This car is made for a purpose and my goal was/is to make it achieve that purpose better and faster.

The funny thing is I obviously have to defend my brother being my blood . I do share the same views as you, I never said I like or support reps. Hopefully my brother can chime in and vouch for it lol I get angry at reps , go look at my build . No reps are seen , never have I run reps or anything of the sort even for my parts. My brother has come from a different era of cars , especially the scene he's from ( mustangs ) I've had the convo with him before about wheels and I still feel strongly about rep's and how company's steal others hard work and dedication to re-create a design in a half assed quality . I guess its just me , but I tend to keep negative comments about wheels etc to myself because it opens up a can of worms ( as has just happened)
I don't support reps but I do support my brother and what he's trying to do , its his money , his car , and his likes. I hope you can see that atleast.

The 19's do seem small but the mustang body is also rather large. For what your're trying to do I would even maybe think about bumping down to 18's? 265 is not a small tire but I am sure there is much more room for 305+ sizes. I am also sure there is room under the hood too for something that whistles.

I'm glad to see people come into SW and aren't here for the lows. Just because your're on this forum and posting your car doesn't mean it needs to be on the floor to look good or that your intentions are to make one with the pavement.

its all about what you want really. personally i find it comical when someone(not meant to jab at anyone)will spend 3-4k in wheels and then run $200 worth of tires on them. think of me as the opposite, ill use wheels as a budgeting tool to allow me to wrap them in quality rubber.

I've had this convo weekly with my brother a wheel lover. its about what you value for your car. my lowly Zedds are JLT cert just like every other cast wheel from insert manufacture here. my cast SL5s are no better or worse than any cast rotiform wheel.

that being said, i do have a plan for the next set of wheels which will be more SW friendly.
