                      Looks legit, Stanceworks Shop would be so awesome.

                      Throwing this out there, could whatever cause the roof in that one room to collapse make the roof in others collapse? Definitely something to check out. I'd get a thorough inspection of the place before purchase just to be on the safe side.

                      Looks like if 5 guys went at it for a weekend the place would look 100 times better, plus knowing this crowd, I'm sure you'd have more than 5 guys willing to help
