I really miss my old shop. If the funds are available, this is a great idea!

So badass. I've been running this same idea by my best friends, b/c theres an abandoned shop near us with a big ass bay door on the front and a pretty nice size lot out front.....but we're all too broke at the moment.
If you can do it, I say go for it! That'd be hella badass!MB Obsidian Black Metallic Crossfire SRT-6Instagram - @osshwa

well we ran into a snag...but we're workin on it.
Also, the reason the roof fell in was that it was one of those old flat type roofs and when the previous owner "patched it" he just put a giant flat peice of rubber covering the section. When it rained the section created a "pool" basically therefore caving in the roof. No other section was done this way.
p.s. the six is the slowest project ever...but pics will be posted

IMO to save money and give the building a nice breezeway area, i would knock out that entire section. It would cost FAR more to repair that area then it would to frame that section once removed.
I've sorta had experience with fixing roofs and i suggest to check the rest of the roof for any other weak points to be 100% sure the roof is completely solid.
It's would be sick to see it all up and running. i say do it man. You just gotta find enough ppl to help repair and clean the place up.Clinton
