What shop do you use? And did you just sell your C4s? I think I might have been looking at them hahahaha

The owner of the shop that did the work had me drop off the car this morning at 9 and said that the car would be done in the afternoon, called at 4:15 and he said the car would be done by 5:00, got there and he said that they couldn't find the sensor that they thought they had and he ordered a new one... It's a 45 minute drive each way for me... I need to find a new shop...

It's cool man, I was just thinking about the fact that keeping the build thread from the Mk4 kinda misleads people. I just kinda think about them as linked builds, that's all.

I wonder how many people on here think I don't know my Jetta generations...

...or how many Mk4 fans are disappointed in this thread...

...or how many people don't look because they think it's just another Mk4.

Well, I've got news for you, it's just another Mk5...

It doesn't lay frame, but I like the car a lot more than I did not too long ago.

Tomorrow I should finally have the E-level working right.

Well, the rear passenger wheel was stuck on the adapter... I'm on the hunt for somewhere with lights that doesn't have a horrible gravel floor and a very limited and small toolbox.

To be honest, I miss the Mk4 although there are a lot of things I enjoy about the Mk5.

The mk5 feels really big and there are less cheap modifications that can be done.

That being said, sometimes the extra room is nice, and there are some pretty good creature comforts. The best thing is that it's 7 years newer than my old Mk4 so it is a lot more reliable. I can drive all day long and not feel uncomfortable at all, which is really good.

Overall it's too new for me, but it's growing on me. Before i got in it, I could not wait to upgrade, but I was disappointed at first.
