What about matching it to the rest of the car, white. Or you really want the two-tone look?

I want to seperate the bay from the rest of the car, since thats where most of my time will have gone. If I painted it the same colour, it would blend in and just be bland. most people wouldnt take a second look.

What I have in mind will most likely divide people, 70% wont like it, but look more then once, 20% will love it, 8% wont understand why and 2% will see the effort and work involved.

You should probably make a poll for which color, my vote is for plasti dip blaze pink...


But seriously, I think all the colors you've listed will look great. It would be cool if you used a special shade of one of those colors though, like Panther Pink instead of regular magenta or bayside blue instead of just a gloss blue. That's just my .02, I now it'll turn out awesome no matter what you choose.

It wont be a standard colour I just didnt really want to give away too much. Just want opinions on the hue more so then the finish

Does anyone have any input? The body of the car will be white, the whole engine and box will be black with ceramic coated chrome headers, black brake booster and other accents in the bay.

Was thinking a red, then started leaning towards blue, then my favourite colour; Magenta. Still undecided.

I havent given too much away, as I'd like to keep some things till the end, but im still going in circles in my head lol.

I will have to modify the hood frame for clearance, but thats not a problem. Originally I made bigger sheetmetal sections that would have come through the bonnet lol.



Yep and due to the fact that the bay will be all clean and smooth, I dont want stones and grime bouncing around in there (to an extent). The towers are high, but im not worried.

engine bay looks great. Is that a common mod with these hondas? Do you have to modify the hood to make it clear or no?

The more common mod for Hondas is to cut holes and leave it as is. Unfortunately, that leaves the bay open to catch all the crap the tires sling up. As for the hood, it looks like he still has plenty of clearance but his towers look a bit higher than other tower mods I've seen.
