im melb, if you car is lower the 100mm from the ground at the lowest point and your wheels are fouling the guards and pertty much any other mod, the cops "defect" you.

Basically means you gotta get it back to stock, get a roadworty certificate and get it inspected by the licensing people (Vicroads)
