Short update today.
I pulled up the carpet on the drivers side and found very little rust, no big deal. So I was rushing a little and cut it out. After I was done I noticed that not only had I cut the frame rail but I cut a hard fuel line. Remember, always look before you cut.
Pics of the frame welded back up and the hole I cut out.
I need to clean up the welds tomorrow and then make a filler plate, Im pretty pissed at myself now. FFFUUUUUUUULast edited by mpower5266; 01-24-2010, 07:22 PM.

Today I made a plate to tie the frame back to the floor board, and welded that in.
After that made a plate to fill in the hole that was left.
Thats about it, I was going to prep my spare well but my sandblaster is acting up. But I think this is next.
Boring update I know but its getting pretty close to paint, and then its all downhill from there.
