Wow, this is going to be great. There used to be a flood of e30's on this site, but the bmw crowd has really died down in the last few years. Glad to see another well built car.

Playing around with some Aluminum bits next. Had to make some caps for the heads to delete the secondary air cross-over pipe.
Then made some custom tanks for the power steering reservoir and coolant tank. The tanks are made from 4 inch aluminum pipe with hand spun ends. The coolant tank has a 3/4 bard welded on the bottom and a 1/4 inch barb up top, with a billet rad cap filler neck.
The Power steering reservoir has a -10an fitting welded in the center of the bottom and a -6an fitting on the side. I will make these to order if anyone is interested for $150.

I have just almost completed one of these swaps myself, is such an awesome experience and will be amazing to drive,
have a look may get some ideasi am running the M60 for ease of wiring
So ive been lurking around here for a while with the odd post here and there soaking up the knowledge of everyone, doing basic modifications etc but have now taken on the task of a build project......wont be breaking any records with getting this build done but plan on doing as much of it as i po...
