Very nice! I like really simple Honda's. They can look great with little work. Also a plus to have another bike ride as you work on your project. I rushed on mine at the end because I just wanted to ride.
If you ever need help or info on the cb360 feel free to hit me up. I still have most of that knowledge stored in my head. haha
Also if you ever want to ditch the stock carbs these Mankuni Flate Slides work great on the 360's. Only part that sucks is getting a custom throttle cable made.

Thanks for the tip on those carbs. Mine cleaned up pretty well.. runs great but likes to foul plugs so I need to keep tweaking it a bit. Every day I'm tempted to tear more into it and customize it more but have to tell myself to leave it alone and focus on the other projects. I also wanted to try and make it so it could be converted back to stock because I really dig the 70's vibe of these old twins.

Small update.
My dad stopped by the house today so I could replace the rear strut mount on his e36, which was totally ripped in half, & swapped his winter wheel set up out for his summer set up.

I also figured since my new engine harness shows up tomorrow I would get the somethings done so hopefully I can get the new harness in and fire the car up (hopefully). I went ahead and drilled another access hole to take some stress off the wiring since before everything was coming out of one hole and was a really tight fit. Decided to run the starter wire, headlight harness & fan wiring through one hole. The other hole will be for the engine harness and turn signal wiring. Also replaced the zip ties that was holding the harness before with hold downs just to make sure the wiring stays away from tire.

Ok so update time.
I got my new harness from Matt back friday when I got to the shop. Worked my hours then ran straight home to get the harness and a few other things done. The harness was very well made and looked so nice plus Matt did what I wanted and added an OBD2 port so I can finally scan codes and do adjustments in Vagcom. I spent about 2 hours getting the harness in, adding a jumper to the fuse panel and routing everything as I wanted. everything was in place and ready so it was the moment of truth. Turn the key and...... Nothing because I'm an idiot and put the signal wire for the starter on the wrong post haha. Attempt two, turn the key..... Houston we have a running car. after that I put the fender and bumper back on and took it for a small drive and then called it a night.

Yesterday I woke up and worked on the cooling system so the car and sit when running after driving and not over heat. mount the radiator more solid so the fan does touch the core support and cause it to now work as well. Also took out the old thermostat because I believe it was get stuck shut and not letting coolant flow. after that I pretty much drove the day all day with no issues. you could say I was a happy dude for sure.

So cherish it, like you do.
Engine bay is coming along great!
This week looks like crap for corrado testing but hopefully over the weekend I get some more time in and see if anymore small issues come up.

Update.
I took the car out for a good amount of driving over the weekend since the weather was nice enough. Friday evening was driving and stopped to get dinner and found I had a pretty good coolant leak that had started randomly at the thermostat housing. So jumped right back in the car and drove home since I was not far and luckly had another oring laying around so I just swapped those out and it was good to go. I have to order a oil cooler seal today since that is leaking as well but other than those two issues the car was running great. No issues on a fair amount of city and highway driving. I think next weekend I'll have to take it for a small roadtrip as a final test before euro district.
I also went out and shot a few pictures of the car as well..

small update.
Did my oil cooler seal last night. I'm guessing that it was seal that the swap car was sold with back in 94, Tons of cracks in it. haha
Also got all the far wall holes covered now so now I can maybe wash the frame rails and clean them up more.
Lastly the Corrado got accpeted into Wekfast Chicago Monday night after a lead from a friend that they may have had some openings and were looking for cars. So hopefully see and meet a bunch of people next weekend.
I'll have some more pictures after this weekend.
till then see everone at Euro District this weekend.

ok update time.
A few weeks agos I did some work to get the car ready for Euro District. I have about 5 larger holes in the fire wall. 3 for harness to come through, one for the heater core and one for the ac lines. Took some metal and made plates for the the ac and heater core holes and then sealed them into place. I then went to Ace and got some different plugs for the other holes and got them all taken car of.

Then this last friday I head to Louisville for the show at around noon. Had a great time with friends and really enjoyed the show. Car drove down fine with no issues but then when I got into the city I noticed the car wanted to heat up when sitting. So I got to the hotel and switched my fan from a pusher to a puller and moved it to the other side of the raditor. Helped a little but not enough. So just drove the car when I needed to and that was about it.

Headed home Saturday afternoon around 4pm so I could get the car home and work on the cooling issue. Sunday I woke up and started working on the car. Switch to a 160 thermostat, re-bleed the system and then replace my 12" slim fan for two 10" fans which almost doubled the cooling power. So after 4 hours of work and have coolant all over me the car was all fixed. Took the car for a nice drive and then let the car sit for close to 30 mins and never got to overheating.
