After I dropped the car I noticed that I have different gaps between tyres and front bumper.
          left and right:

When I was adjusting the toe at the service I also noticed that caster on front wheels differs.
Right wheel has 2 degrees less caster then left. The correct position has the left wheel.
But what is funny, I was not pleased with correct left wheel position but was satisfied with wrong right one
Perhaps there was a hit at the right front side and the wheel was moved a bit back. This movement is very small and can not be noticed at the stock suspentions and wheels (5mm). But when I lowered, tyre began to rubber the front bumper at the left side when turning left.
It is normal for all e9x bodies of BMW because of high front bumper mounting (greetings to all owners of dropped e9x bodies, you know what I am talking about )
But if I have wrong wheel position and it is not rubbing, why not to make the same at the opposite side?
Investigating the best solution, I decided to make the control arm longer. Measurements said I need to add 7mm to its length. No problem:

I fully understand that this is quite dangerous action, but I saw the whole process of widening and it was done pretty professionally. So I hope it will have previous strength.

Installing the arm back I got the equal front wheels position in the archs and now they have ~2 degrees less caster comparing to the stock. Front bumper and tyres now have enough space to live in peace

Hmm, why not to drop more?
5mm more drop and 15mm final front riding rimgap. Great stuff. Now I have some rubbing on the archs when turning to the left or right (not so much, but exist). It is normal, it is static, who cares?))

I even try to put additional 3mm spacers to the front wheels to make the fitment more extreme. No sure I will leave them (I got more rubbing, quite more...), but 15mm rimgap I will left for sure.

          How it looks like:

                  Thanks!

Meanwile, I received new bump stops from TA-Technix on rear suspension.
They are modular (if I can say so), each piece is 10mm high and combines one into another.

What is very exciting, you don't need to uninstall the shock to install bumps due to their design.
I used a pair of bumps on each side. On photo below you can see what have happened to my previous soft bumps:

And what is more interesting. Yesterday I redesign front suspension to 15mm riding rimgap. Getting new bumps I had an ability to do the same on rears. Setting 15mm rimgap on rears was more easy as rear wheels don't need to turn

To prove I have a hellaflush fitment (not tucked, which is much easier to handle) I made such photos:

That is all for the fitment. Seems I did all I wanted even more.
Now I am ready for bumper, skirts and archs painitng.

Today I washed the car and decided to take some photos on my Nikon before painting. Perhaps this is the last pics on this skirts and rear bumper:
