I was not satisfied with my rear bump stops.
The latest set was polyurethane bumps but they also were damaged after one month usage.
That is why I decided to make them from solid material, I used aluminium.
First of all I created a draft:
Notice there are two different diameters. The smalest one fix the bump at the top of the strut and does not let bump to go up and down through the strut.
And here is how it looks like comparing to the parts it will replace:
It is radical step, I know, but the rear suspension also has additional 2 elements that provide flexible movement suspension down. They are top and bottom rubber shock mounts. So from now my comfortable usage of suspension depends only on them

One more thing is muffler adjustment.
So small thing and so hard to notice but this thing adjusted in correct way makes me happy every time I look at it

I am pleased with the fitment but not pleased with car height. I would like to make it lower.
I am thinking about migrating to the new wheels setup in R17 with 225/35/17 tires, it will give me ~2.5-3cm drop with the same fitment.
those are my plans but they won't be in this season for sure.
