Guess what?!

Here in a few weeks, I won't have XXR's anymore. After 3 sets of XXR's, I have finally decided to step my game up. New wheels should definitely be on in time for H20i. They are going to be alot more aggressive than my current setup, and it's going to be a much heavier stretch so I should be able to go a bit lower too.

I like this.

Yeah it's whatever. He said he a guy gave him cash for them. I was 100% on board to buy them, I was just waiting on my commission check.

I did however order the Project-G side-fusers to replace my wavy-when-it's-hot ABS side splitters.

It's been a while S/W. I've been busy with work (just applied for a supervisor position at my job, I have an interview for the position later this week), going back to school and of course attending all these last minute fall car events sprinkled about the East Coast.

As some of you know........the Miata was originally for sale.........and originally had a buyer. But unfortunately (or fortunately.......depending on how you look at it) the buyer flaked on me. At that point I just decided to keep the car and do bigger/better things with it.

So first up.......I ordered yet another set of new wheels. And get this........they AREN'T XXR's. Our very own Matt Waln is currently powdercoating them for me at his shop Factory 55 and the should hopefully be mounted later this week or next week. I'm gonna keep me lips sealed as to what they are (I like the element of surprise from time to time) but they are going to be a good bit more aggressive than my current setup.

Also.....I have decided to vinyl wrap my car. I love the lava orange mica color.......and I would never paint the car being as they only made 394 in this color.......but my paint has it's fair share of scratches, rock chips and imperfections........and i'm ready to switch things up a bit. So I am having it vinyl wrapped a matte rootbeer color come spring. I'm gonna wait until spring being as my car will be parked during the colder winter months and I don't see the point of wrapping it now.......lol.

Anywho, I will update with pictures shortly. I'll leave you with this picture a buddy of mine recently snapped a few weeks ago.
