    With the stock brackets the alternator would of stuck through the hood so I had to make new brackets to drop it

      I had to make a bracket to move the power steering pump up and closer to the water pump so it wouldn't hit the steering box ( crap like this is real time consuming)

                      The next issue is the engine hits the hood and Its as low as it can go,the oil pan is a half an inch off the ground when laid out

                              • I picked up a surge tank from jegs

                                Since the motor is higher than the frame I had to mount the surge tank higher than the motor water outlet to ensure the motor always had water

                                and i welded a drain cock to the top of the radiator so i can bleed out the air and also put a vent on the highest point of the engine to bleed air from it and return it to the surge tank
