    Thanks man!

Went up to the garage ran it for a bit and cleaned the bay.

Layed down a vinyl windshield stripe.

Polished the lips on the wheels I picked up a month ago

Polished on the left, unpolished on the right.

Not a big difference the wheels were in good shape to begin with.

Ordered a missing jack flap I needed. I also have my eyes out for random "rare" parts, Porsche handles being one of the things I am looking for. Holler if you have some.

Not seeing this car often is not metal. Drove up to the garage today it was raining and cold so I wasn't going to drive it. I turned it on for the first time in 2 weeks and let it idle for 15 minutes and turned it off.

    Winter is rough.

After a wee bit of research/ consultation I should be able to swap my still new tires from the mtechnica reps onto the RMs with no camber/toe adjustment necessary.

Hopefully the end result will be metal.

Thanks! And the grey will hide the brake dust the few times when I am too lazy to clean the wheels.

Couldn't be more excited to get these dialed in. The guy I bought them off of was top-notch. Really nice guy, and he also drove an insanely clean r32 swapped mk2 gti.

They have all the good stuff- OEM barrels, Tuner shop bolts, metal valve stems, and Kodiak lips no BFI, eBay junk lips.

The face were finished with a dark grey and gold flake.

    BBS RM
    15x8 et 11 fronts
    15x8.5 et 9 rears

Thanks! I am not in nova dubs. But have always wanted to hit a meet its just tough because I keep the car at a garage 30 minutes from my house so it usually only sees weekend miles.
Ah, gotcha. I work weekends most of the time (yay car sales!), but sometime we should meet up. There's a group of cool aircooled and mk1/mk2 guys around that hang out on weekends occasionally too.

No pictures of the PITA rolling/hammering the arches process
Looks like you've got those fake flares that bolt on the inner lip and don't actually add any clearance... Stupid Alfa design too. Other than you 2 lower screws holding the flare on, I presume you use silicon or similar?

Hehehe it could have been me. I get in this thing after putting around in the mkv daily and cant help but hammer on it when appropriate.

However, it also could have been Brian the owner of redline he has a red mk2 vrt jetta. Or Kenny the tech he has a red mk3 gti. Redline is good people close friends of mine I go up there regularly.

    Cheers
