Well seeing Goonbag had migrated over here, I thought I'd chuck up my whitegoods.
Started here, back in '2004. This was just after driving it home, from literally the other end of the country; 2100kms in 23 hours including fuel, rest and food stops.
The car was bought from Bundaberg, Queensland, and had originally been imported from Japan in 1996.

Basically stock. For some reason it had stock-sized ugly Aussie wheels, and was missing the aero element of its electronic front spoiler.

Fast forward almost two years, and it had received 17x8" +18, 17x9" +35 Lehrmeister Stich rims in my first yahoo auctions experience, and a fresh(er) motor....

Then 25mm spacers in the rear and a pair of rear coilovers...

Lower front springs, bottom end rattle and 25mm spacers all round...

Mid 2007, RB20DET number 2 soon to expire...

R.I.P. Engine number two. Sitting at home with the replacements (TE72 corolla hack obscured by Stagea).

Bought these (18x9" +-0 work efors), sold them, made money. Have since sold 3 times and each owner has made a few hundred bucks, old VIP rims off yahoo are a total scam lol!

Trial fitted them but it was gross...didn't suit the car at all. Didn't matter, because it was all a hustle for cash. Engineless at the time.

17x8" 17x9" +10 Wiser Mesh were much nicer, but I sold them on too.

Aha! A new challenger appears.

So, fitment sorted.Work Meister S1 2P 17x9" +16, 17x10" +4. 5mm spacer on front for caliper clearance (4 piston R33 GTS-T brakes).

Got some rubber onto the rears.

ISC N1 Coilovers installed all round, 10kg/10kg. New engine literally about to be dropped in (thats it in the foreground).

Not yet running, posing in my yard with my mate's HR31 (thats those Wiser Mesh from before). Jade's car is about 100x tidier than mine, fresh imported with GTS-R aero, old HKS turbo kit, period modded, very neat thing.

Rubbish quality pics, mid '09, still bolting bits on, not quite mobile at this stage but rolling.

Aborted Trust intercooler install. Decided to go with an R34 GT-T factory item as its massively thick and didn't obstruct the electronic spoiler like a front mount would.

IMO the heart of the project, the turning point for me. 80s legit electronic spoiler. these cars feel incomplete without one of these. Steel frame, FRP outer, genuine Nissan option.
Lowers itself at 70kmh or on command at when at standstill.

So, late 2009, after 18 months in hell its finally back on the road with fresh front panels, fresh motor, new coilovers, brakes, intercooler, ecu, injectors, turbo, exhaust...etc

And yeah, thats where we're at today.
