Sweet! you should get a little plastic and cover up your front plate holes. I like it a lot though!

So spent almost a year like this while I collected bits to do the chassis properly (there were a few shortcuts I wasn't keen on):
This was my daily in the meantime
Meanwhile, I was also collecting bits to fit this R31 GTS-R RB20DET-R manifold (1 of 800)...
...But after a few months of it sitting on stands with the rear suspension out and no hot-side stuff I just flagged it and stuck the RB20DET-R bits on the shelf.
I smashed the previous turbo stuff back on, then got everything modified and fitted to get the rear end right (changed up to some Cusco top hats with pillowball mounts and proper spring locators, went from 8kg to 10kg springs, got some 215/45R17 Federal RSRs on the 17x10s to match the fronts), got a tune done which made a usable 164kw at the tyres (decent upgrade from the factory 141kw at the crankshaft), and now I can drive it safely.
Won't be slammed enough for some people, but thats ok with me.
Anyway its still a work in progress. Next priority is paint, because the body is pretty haggard (especially obvious in the rear shot), and collecting the remaining bits to fit the RB20DET-R hotside which should see it make another 75kw or so all up.Last edited by seventhskyline; 06-01-2013, 10:47 PM.
