    cutting cutting & more cutting

so i wanted to go for a test drive and made it 5 feet before coming to the conclusion that it wasn't drive able because

the rear fender wells were basically sitting on the tire. so i decided to cut more of my fender wells out

    this was before

you can already see where i cut to make more room
    this is after

cut this too whatever it is

so the car basically no longer has wheels wells anymore but im not rubbing.

took it for a test drive to drop of some mail and its driveable.

    but...

exhaust drags consistently but even scarier

the car is sketchy because it sways left to right while driving even at low speeds.

did this before i went lower but not as drastic as it is now.

so if anyone has ever experienced this now would be the time to give me a shout out for solutions.

most likely it needs an alignment badly because well the car has never had one lol.

I love everything you've done with this thing, Mark
I kinda liked the roof racks, but that's probably just cause' I have some lol.
Looking clean, but ratty (in a good way) at the same time.
I see you went with the First Moulding lip! Looks tits man. Your only concern will be destroying it on something, seeing as it has a high-ass pricetag.
Keep up the good work, man. You're an inspiration

Sounds like replacing the sway bar bushings might help in this department. Maybe upgrade to a thicker front sway bar. Not sure if the Si has a front bar. also maybe a strut bar would help?

The flares and taking off the roof rack made me not totally h.a.t.e this thread/car. But it actually looks like it's on the way to being good, carry on.

To be honest, Hondas have never really done it for me. BUT.. I can completely relate to the build you're going for. I had a Peugeot 306 estate I did the exact same thing with, doing it my way and fuck everybody's opinions. It was an absolute hoot and probably the most enjoyable i'd ever found working on cars.

At the end of the day, you're in it for you. If anyone wants to come along for the ride then great, if not that's their prerogative. Don't stop being you though dude.

What happened to the KMC's? Now that you have the flares, you should try and throw those on if you still have them

Would look a lot better imo if you took some of the rear camber out to make the fitment better.

                              • so many facepalms in this thread. I kept hoping for some legitimate mods and then I was let down every time... the only thing you did right was the MPC drop forks, and selling the white crx w/ b16 before you destroyed it.

                                smh.
