It is a frame banger. At least what's left of the undercarriage. I'll get a picture up, its pretty destroyed under there. Lol

Spent the last few days with Bae. At least she doesnt bitch back at me when I fuck up.

Got the car up in the air and getting it ready for everything that is to follow.



Sold the wheels to make room for wider ones to come and plus more money to fondle with for the swap.



Got underneath just to check up on her undercarriage. Found exactly what I thought I'd find. Surface rust everywhere from sitting under snow. Caved in and shortened frame rails.



Cracked and Polished Pan.



Subframe taking some damage.



Rub rub rub.



Then started the night ripping stuff apart while my fellow tenants did there own shit and occasionally helped me cause they know what there doing and I only sort of kinda know what I'm doing haha



Making progress.



Almost ready to pull. Gotta disconnect a bunch more stuff on the right side of the motor, exhaust and driveshaft.



Also found a sweet deal on half the stuff I need for the swap.

Conversion motor and tranny mounts.
E30 Poly Motor mounts.
T5 tranny mount.
5.0 swap manual
And a driveshaft adapter allowing me to bolt the mustang driveshaft directly to the BMW diff and not have to cut, weld and balance both the driveshafts together.

Motor comes out hopefully tomorrow while we ride out yet another snowstorm here in New England.

Interior is stock for now. But there are plans for that as well. Sunroof delete. Cage. Cloth door panels. Seats. Etc..

Well if the exhaust bolts aren't the shittiest thing to remove....

More progress coming tonight. Got a buyer for the motor and tranny coming on Saturday. Let the race begin.
