So here's a pic of the garage before we started moving stuff in.

Just had a rather large blizzard roll through the day before we signed for the garage so the E36 got a little more than buried underneath some snow.

Took the next warmish day to clean it off and leg it into the shop while leaking fuel from yet another punctured fuel filter. Also moved some other cars in along with some tools. There is ALOT of work to be done to make this place really ours and I assure you it will all be done.

Such a great work space. Having a decent place to work makes it 10x more enjoyable.

              Awesome ...
could be a new project for me
I am a german guy who just moved to the US, until now this kind of SWAPS where very hard for me, because of TUV regulations in germany/Gas prices and the access to salvageyards with 302's

Can you tell your expenses round about, so far?

You can do this swap cheaply for under 2k. I'm gonna be close to 4k since I'm rebuilding almost the entire motor and replacing many parts to the motor because I'm anal.

                      Thanks man!

So spent some time tonight removing some of the front apron and also bought a little heating set up in attempts to keep me warm. Heats up pretty damn well.

Gonna do my best to keep the car at this height, motor will be raised a lot lol.

Removed most of the front assembly. Still waiting on getting most of my things into the garage such as a tool box and building some storage shelves and workbenches.

If I can, I may be picking up an e36 as a daily! Same color as yours.

                          Just missing a trunk...
