My fucking wheel bolts backed out driving around LA last night. Open to recommendations for longer/stronger/less suck bolts.

Yeah I was pretty pissed, I've been living on ramen(and other cheap food), not going out, etc etc etc to get the car prepped for this show and to have that happen after all the shit I did sucked.
I saw a few cars with those big pod things on the roof and thats a consideration. Lot of money for something that I'll literally never use (I'm not an outdoors-y person)

In good news, the car made it 2 hours each way today with no hiccoughs. Changed out the wheels at the show and couldn't have been happier with the way the car sat on them. I need to make some changes as far as tire brand/size/psi goes to ensure this doesn't happen again but meh for now I'm rolling on stock steelies which are at least comfortable and just enjoying the car.

Drove an hour and a half each way to get my notch yesterday before Big Socal Euro

It was done by Empire Fabrication in Simi Valley CA who I wholeheartedly recommend. The quality of the work is great, nice guys at the shop, all around good experience.

On the way home...of course something had to go wrong

Had a fucking blowout on the front passenger side, swapped the wheel from the back and threw the steelie on, then drove 2 hours home doing 50mph.

So that puts me where I am today, headed to big socal euro on my stock wheels, going to swap my rotiforms on even with a fucked tire when I get to the show, and thats all I can do at this point :/
