Well, last night I got everything else together sans the glove box.

Not sure where this goes......Anyone know what it is?

Speakers are installed. (I know they're backwards right now)

It went well except for a few frustrations. My cluster still isn't counting miles, the plastic trim piece below the cluster is all jacked, The euro clock has no light, and I wired my amp remote to a switched power that is switched by the running/driving lights being turned on. All in due time, just a little frustrating.

Doesn't get much better than a calypso E30 coupe! Nice progress so far, I like that you're taking care of a lot of little things. The new odometer gears need to be gapped ever so slightly, otherwise they bind up on each other and don't work properly. At least that's what Garagistic told me when I asked them why my new gears were only working occasionally. I never fixed it though haha sold the E30 soon after. Keep it up!

Hmmm. Yeah, I was going to take it apart and see what is going on. I got them to turn by hand when I had it apart, kinda frustrating. I'll pull it back out and see what's going on. I'm sure they aren't lined up right.

The euro grilles? The biggest difference is the "eyebrows". Also the space between the slots is filled in more on the euro grilles.

Tonight I got a little bit done. Got my LEDs installed in the plate lights. Got my smoked all read tails in, and trunk LED in. I only have my iPotato so the photos aren't great. I'll get some good photos tomorrow.

                          Before

New lights. Appears I'll have no issues with light shining through, it seems just as bright as they were without any transparent black.

Here is the tails in the daylight.

Here compared to the early model tails.

Moved the wheels over. I decided that since I'm selling the zinno, and I just put tires on these wheels I may as well keep the wheels with good tread. It seriously needs more low, it's crazy how much better the zinno looks with just the little h&r sport drop it has.

I got a little excited and made an impulse purchase, so I won't have the GC adjusters for a few more weeks....

My brakes have always been really shitty, I changed the rears but as you can see the pads hardly touch the rotors in the rear. I felt like an idiot at first because I couldn't get the rear rotors of, then I realized I needed to let the ebrake down.

                                The remedy.

                                Old vs. New

Fronts weren't as bad, at least they were getting some contact. Also replaced the breaks up front, the pads were new but because the rotors were so grooved they needed done badly.

I need to bleed the brakes, when I do that I think I'll pull the calipers and give them a good paint job/powder coat black.
