It's all due to how wide they are!

A buddy of mine has a Touring as well, currently on OEM 17s and while it does look good, they look indeed a bit small and lost.

But my main inspiration for this comes from oldschool japanese cars and Alex' (h3llk1t3) Skyline and his brother's S14. They run wide 16s on these cars and it just looks mind blowing, even though most people run 17 or 18 inch on these cars.

Found some heavy rust a few weeks ago... which makes the car not worth turning another bolt on.

Car will be parted out shortly.

Wheels will still go on an E39 Touring - a friend's in fact and I will of course take photos and post them in the showroom.

As for me... well, I kind of bought a new car.

Just a small, economic and slow Volkswagen.
