    A couple of updates,

Cars almost ready to come home wahooo. Just some final detailing being done over at The Custom Cars. I;ve never had a proper detailing done to a car I;ve owned before so really looking forward to seing the results in the flesh.

I forgot to mention I also had some e92 style puddle lights fitted. You can just about see them in the first pic but will get some night shots up once I have her back.

Hello. there. A nice project to begin with, for sure.
Nice choice of parts so well.

But please, remove that wing, and that exhaust surround.
They are so not worthy of this beautiful car you have there.

      Cheers, in for more updates.

      Mike

          Thanks.

The wing has gone, replaced by a CF CSL Style bootlid.

ACS rear exhaust spiltter is staying though. I quite like it.

          Thanks for looking

Hopefully next year i'll have the ACS Splits ready for show season. Winters here now so decided to wait for next summer now before putting them on.

True story, the wing has gone, my bad, the bootlid is simply awesome and clean.

As for the exhaust splitter I know it is ACS, but the thing with ACS is that despite its quality stuff, sometimes, few times really, their products tend to go somewhat ricey.

But we cant all like the same food, truth be told.
The thing is for you to be happy about your car, and props for doing that.

              Cheers mate

Heres one of the retro fitted E92 puddle lights. Think it gives the e46 a nice updated look:

And some of the rear and the brand spanking new CSL Style CF Bootlid wahooo :

and one of the LED fog lights:

The splitter itself isn't bad but I think the finish looks out of place with all the other dark trim and things going on with the car. Maybe have someone photoshop it in a few different finishes for ideas. I think it would looks good in a satin metallic black or dark dark grey myself.

I too was thinking it would look pretty cool in black, or something along those lines. I do like it though so don't get rid of it!

I think the silver around the rear splitter will tie in better once the ACS rims are on as they will have silver dish's and then also the silver struts on the front splitter too so I may leave it as it is for now and see. If it still don't look right when the rims are on I will think about a change.

A little update, a delayed xmas present from Santa came through today:

Geoff Steel Racing CSL style Plenium Intake.

First impressions are it looks very cool. The finish is a bit rough in places but then they are making the product for function rather than asthetics. Overall it looks very cool. Looking forward to getting it on at some point although its going to be tucked away for a while as next on the mod list is the wheels.

                                Thanks for looking.

slight scratch in the housing when i unwrapped it but nothing too major.
