took the front clip off working on wheel tire clearances, so after i had lowered the car off the jack i had played with the steering wheel moving it back and forth and i heard some unusual rubbing noises like metal on metal noises so i crawled under the car to check it out and found this

Wow, did not expect this outcome!
How is the D2's working out for you? Are they maxxed out in the pictures?

Huh, since when does Rota make a knock off of the CR-01? Did an alignment end up fixing your steering issues?

d2's have plenty of room still they go really low i could prob be tucking 2 inches of rim and still have more height adjustment, the dampening is nice feature too. but my only concern with these coil overs is the spring rate is too low! i need stiffer springs and this resulted in me fucking up my rear fenders :/

u can see its slightly bent in from the rim hitting it( only from hitting a few pot holes but everyday smooth casual driving is fine)

anyone know good brand name spring upgrades?

i have not taking it in for a professional alignment yet cant find anyone that does it on lowered cars, but i did do one my self the old fashion way by taking a piece of string from rear wheel to front and adjusting the toes to sequence.

Im going with meister coilovers. and 18kg mm spring from them. its the superlow 100mm set.

I really like the red / grey color combo, it looks sweet!

Grab yourself some swift springs. 12/14/18/20k should all do the trick.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the D2's, how much did they set you back?

last cruise of the summer now she is currently sitting in the shop undergoing some changes during this winter

                                plans before spring:

                                -new paint (front clip)
                                - more camber in the front
                                - raise motor couple inches
                                -different wheel color
                                -professional alignment
-order stiffer springs for rear (prob 20kg)
