hello everybody my name is james im from canada and for taking a so called "stanced civic" thing. this is a pretty low budget build hence the car heh heh but im doing what i can to make it work with a bit of modifications and hopefully get some help on here through my journey. any ways all start with pics of when i first got the car

i used to use this as a daily driver so it got winter beatin pretty bad

so this is currently how the car look cosmetically i am in the works of fitting 15x9 -15 wheels with alot of customizing these are the wheels gota love nock offs :p

i had purchased these wheels with a bit of doubt thinking they might be too wide i think i was right :S no turning back now! anyways these are the wheels on the car with camber kits maxed out. the rear looks good to me but the front just isnt enough i need it a bit more flush with the fender and im going to leave pulling them to my last resort.

that was just not enough camber in the front for me so i had to do some modifying myself

grinded down the balljoint top plate

and this is where its at i think thats pretty close to where i wanna be, im going with a 165/45 tire too there will still be an inch of rim showing. although i little more camber would still be nice anyone know how any modification besides messing with the upper control arms?

cut up the upper shock tower for the uca clearance :S i do plan on getting a box welded up on there to strengthen the structure and keep the debris out of the bay. what is your guys take on this do u think it is safe to drive meanwhile?

painted wheels spray bombed with a dip in gun metal grey


the grey is more of a flat/matte look to it the paint was wet.they turned out great pictures deff dont do its justice.(shitty cell phone pics)im going to try to get a better camera

took the front clip off working on wheel tire clearances, so after i had lowered the car off the jack i had played with the steering wheel moving it back and forth and i heard some unusual rubbing noises like metal on metal noises so i crawled under the car to check it out and found this


because of the excessive camber the spindle arm is rubbing up against the springs lol the only thing i can think of to do is take out the trusty old grinder and shave down a sixteenth for that to clear what do u guys think bout that safe to do that? btw these are cheap springs shock combo im using. i am ordering actual coilovers the d2 sl's so im crossing my fingers and hoping they are going to be skinnier or ill have issues

i am planning on doing a 99-00 front end conversion it has that sleeker look to it. i never really like the 96-98 look. i have the whole front clip already but it just needs to be paint match to the car, so if anyone wants to buy this one let me kno lol

dont worry its a dip if u dont know what a dip is its like a rubberized paint so its removable. so if i get bored of the color i can just peel it off.
