Thanks manOriginally posted by Meeve View Postmen this fitment looks good! Can't wait to see the front fully fitted. I'd like to know how did you proceed to mark your tire? Did you paint them with a stencil?
Aslo, what does CHLTRTL mean if I may ask?
yeah simple stencil cut out from thin paper, glued on tire and spraed with paint, but with time paint cracks and falls off, which doesn't really concern me cause i can keep repainting it with different colors or have something else written
CHLTRTL stands for CHILL TURTLE
Close enoughOriginally posted by poondobber View PostHe is a relaxed reptile.

Had some time to work on the car, knocked some stuff out
Installed brembos, stops on a dime

Little accident with the hood lol glass was scratched anyway, had to change it eventually
Too bad the hood is cracked now, need to figure out how to fix it

Custom front camber plates just to move the coilover out of the way

Turbo timer shenanigans

Seatbelt upgrade

RIGHT ABOUT NOW……FEELINGS WILL BE HURT

Next is custom fenders and duckbill to complete the look and add some color to it
And of course …STANCEWORKS...

This is a great idea actually, although I'd suggest lowering the car as much as possible before you form that shape or space the fender lip (cardboard) off of the wheel. If you make the fender like this you'll need to raise the car so you don't hit your fenders. If you space them up further then you can lower the car after you make them.Originally posted by CHLTRTL View Post

Agree indeed, good point, but cardboard represents the space between the wheel and the fender, it is not part of the fender. I can lower the car another half an inch but then my frame would be laying on tireOriginally posted by DUTCHswift View PostThis is a great idea actually, although I'd suggest lowering the car as much as possible before you form that shape or space the fender lip (cardboard) off of the wheel. As you can see in this picture the wheel is as close as I would like it to be at this point

I had to, otherwise it was blocking good portion of an intercooler and I'd like as much air as possible going through it, plus to me it looks much smoother transition than square and gives it meaner look.Originally posted by anti.engineered View Post
I kinda dig this look. Shame you cut the black section out.
But I do value your opinion, and understand where you coming from
