I kinda dig this look. Shame you cut the black section out.

I had to, otherwise it was blocking good portion of an intercooler and I'd like as much air as possible going through it, plus to me it looks much smoother transition than square and gives it meaner look.
But I do value your opinion, and understand where you coming from

This is a great idea actually, although I'd suggest lowering the car as much as possible before you form that shape or space the fender lip (cardboard) off of the wheel. If you make the fender like this you'll need to raise the car so you don't hit your fenders. If you space them up further then you can lower the car after you make them.

Agree indeed, good point, but cardboard represents the space between the wheel and the fender, it is not part of the fender. I can lower the car another half an inch but then my frame would be laying on tire
As you can see in this picture the wheel is as close as I would like it to be at this point

yeah simple stencil cut out from thin paper, glued on tire and spraed with paint, but with time paint cracks and falls off, which doesn't really concern me cause i can keep repainting it with different colors or have something else written
