This is a fucking forum, and I will criticize if I want to. Not if you think I should.

You honestly think that altezzas, big wings, loud exhausts, big rims, and neons make something ricer? Look at your fucking car, nothing on it is finished, yet you had to time to start throwing on mad tyte JDM shit. Plus, you have the typical ricer mentality of that you know best. Sorry kid, you're just another ricer.

I told you to prove me wrong, and I even gave you advice into your choice in engines. But NOOOOO you and your 10 fucking posts are way above me. It's almost like you are a fucking OG here and you are too good for it.

    /rant

Talk is cheap, just do it already. Build your car like you say you will.
    Lolk. U mad?

Yep, I threw my mad tyte JDM shit at it. Did I ever claim my car was finished or perfection? Nope. If knowing how I want to modify my car and doing it my way as money permits is "ricer mentality," then I guess I'm the riciest ricer that ever riced.

And what the hell does post count have anything to do with anything? I guess I'll bow down to your superior post count and do as you say, master.

In an attempt to call a bit of a truce here, I'm building my car the way I want as I sit here and type this with greasy hands. It's on stands, I'm cleaning and degreasing the bay and new motor [which does have the P8R head] and getting ready to drop it in. In addition, the paint has been stripped off the car and it's about to get primered then base coat is going on [All one color]

Wheels will be here whenever the hell they get here, I guess. The shipping info hasn't updated over the past few days.

I wanted to do all the suspension goodies at once, but money. So I'm going to install the air struts and work out the kinks with those for a bit, then buy my control arms, subframe brace, poly bushings, and camber kits.

After all of that is done, I'll post a finished picture, then you can judge my car to the fullest of your abilities [directed toward everyone who reads this piece of shit thread]

Wheels should be here soon. Just got my set of 195/50/15. Going on an 8.5" wheel. Gonna be a nice stretch.
Is that why you ultimately decided not to do the J-swap? I've read on how much work is involved and how much a 6speed is and all the other downers, but it's got a lot of potential to be great fun.
Congrats on the second project, hopefully it allows you more freedom and direction to finish the Integra.

      Looking forward to wheel fitment

Yeah, I was really excited when I was first delving into it. But it just came to a point where I sat down with a calculator and the final number was too much for me, to be honest. For the money, I'll just stick to boosted B-series and pick up a 2JZ or 1UZ for the Soup. I want to be able to get the car running well [since it's my daily] and not really have to deal with shit half working and wiring issues and whatnot. Plus the money saved will go towards my paint and new compressor [since not having a single color car on this forum is apparently worse than AIDS and the Holocaust combined].

        But I appreciate it, man

          UPDATE!

I've been having a lot of trouble pulling this damn B18 out of my Teg. Been at it for the past few weekends. What is normally supposed to take 4 hours max, took me 4 weekends. Rusty, seized bolts must be my punishment for my sins...

But tonight I finally got that bitch 100% out of there!

I never thought this day would come! I'm so insanely happy and excited now!

Now to clean the shit out of the bay, strip it down, do my PS and ABS delete, then prep for paint!

Also, I put in a few orders recently. Got my paint and wheels ordered, waiting to get paid to put in an order for my air management. I ended up having to curb the fanciness with the Accuair, but I think manual management will be just fine for now, then I can upgrade later when I recover from dumping money into this pos honda.

          Aw yiss.

          IT'S A SECRET, GUISE.
Don't get too excited though. They're not any fancy name-brand wheels. I know reps are pretty looked down upon by the bigger stance guys, but I don't really care too much, just as long as they're round and roll.

No need to be rude, you're not really in a position too **** since you don't seem to own anything. This looks like a great start can't wait for more progress on this thing!

So is this a common thing on this forum, or something? I've been lurking here for a while, and it seems like these types of responses pop up by jealous members who don't have shit to show. Maybe it's just my thread [and I don't really fuckin understand why]...

The widest wheels I've ever bought. Also they're the only set of wheels I've ever bought brand new.
The Honda gods have punished you and smited!

WHY?! Because you backed out of the J-swap-bliss.
I still want to pick the legacy up later.

Please continue with your work from now like you never considered the almighty V6, do the Honda gods happy or else...nomsayin?

I am sorry to hear that you're going bags....

Congratulations on your first set of brand new wheels, can we guess what wheels they are?
I noticed someone else rolling similar specs, crazy marfarkers

Is that an orange radiator support I see? Why not do the engine bay a different colour? Have you considered it? You know, doing that shit....what I call the typical honda-fag shit?

Happens on every forum, no discrimination.

Hey thanks for actually replying with something not retarded.

I'm a bit bummed about the J swap. But I haven't sold it yet. I've been eyeing a GSR shell for sale locally for a stupid good price. Maybe a J32 Integra is in my future after all...

You guys can guess what the wheels are. Like I said, they're not anything big baller or anything like that. I can't dump thousands of dollars into the Work Meisters I really want. Unlike a lot of people who ****, I have responsibilities and a job, and I'm not leeching off mommy and daddy's pocketbook.

The rad support isn't orange, it's just that this potato takes horrible pictures.
It's an anodized gold color. The rest of the bay is going to be the same color after I strip it down and clean it up.

That's a copy-and-paste spammer. They show up every once-in-a-while around here. It's some kind of bot that copies a single sentence or phrase from a previous post and then posts it themselves, I guess to build up a post count before dropping some spammy link-bait afterwards. You'll note his comment is word-for-word lifted from one of Rice4life's posts.

Dig the color choice. Looking forward to seeing what the wheels are.

Yeah I noticed that it was verbatim from a previous post, but I figured it might've been a troll. I didn't know that those types of bots existed.

Thanks, I wanted something a bit different, but not too LOOK AT ME.

The CF is staying unpainted. Painting over a carbon fiber panel generally exposes the waviness and flaws in the panel that aren't really detectable with the raw panel.
I'm contemplating seeing if anyone has an OEM metal hood and non-cf Type R spoiler for trade. I think it'd be a bit cleaner.
