i dont see how boxing a frame (frames are cheap, can get a new one?), powdercoating it for longevity, and bags are "chopped up"?...
bags can be undone in an afternoon. the enforced frame will last a lifetime.

and yah, this wrap is overkill for air - but, my air setup isnt slow up and down. it is pretty violent. I posted a video earlier that showed it at around 180psi, to which i've upped to 230... we are gonna crank it to 300..... or higher (depending on results)
plus, going dual port bags and cranking the pressure up to get it to hop, it will need it.
PLUS, it will be hydro ready. everything is good to go. drop em in and roll.
the frame should live forever.

No hydros. Keeping air.
2 reasons.
1) ride comfort. We are gonna put dual port bags in front. Up the pressure. Make it hop.
2) insurance. So many classic ins companies won't insure hydros. They will for air. Not for juice. Which I don't get. Lots of guys on juice were dropped this year!

as for what needs all this enforcement?
x-frames are solid, but they bend fairly easily.
plus, i'd like the car to last. hence why we are also coating the frame.
once all that's finished and it's assembled, it is heading off to paint. the good thing, the body is so solid. zero rust. it will basically be a sanding, touch up some small things, repaint.
i'm not going as crazy chrome and detail/pinstriping like most do. I'd like to call it "OEM+". Still keep it simple/clean looking, but freshened up...
I could throw springs back in it, and sell it as a restored 64.... more broad of a market for a cleaner/simple car than something over the top - that's if I was to ever sell it (which I have 0 plans on doing).
plus, my 5yr old nephew has already laid claim to it. he said it's his when he can drive. LOL. (he's already a big car nut)
