aaaannd... ask any racer, any real racer. It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning's winning.

The car looks awesome!! keep up the good work
    Thanks

Haha yup. Learned early on from that OBX.
Well, my latest screw up was getting an alternator from autozone.
    Never again. OEM it is.

That's right, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Speed density is amazing.

I love when people make horsepower and look good doing it. Well done! Any track times yet? Plans to go AWD?

I had a 96 TSi AWD drive that was in this color. I swapped out the front and rear for the 97+ eclipse but never got around to the side skirts or spoilers before mothballing it after my harmonic balancer separated. high maintenance cars but man are they fun. I went through many a clutch, launched like it was being sent off of an aircraft carrier. Miss it to this day.

That was the goal from the start! Well. Midway start engine took a shit part 2 saved up for my race buckets went down the drain start a couple of years ago.

I haven't gone to the track yet on this build. I need to go get it tuned after I swap somethings this weekend. (I'm looking at you, autozone alternator) I'm hoping for mid 11's though
              .
I'm not particularly looking to go AWD any time soon. My eldest brother and I are about to start building a 1g GSX. If I find any really REALLY good deals on parts for the swap, than maybe. If not, I have no interest and actually enjoy my torque steer.

You could push this across the finish line, or tow it.

Wow. I would never have guess a flat black bay could look so good, but that looks stunning.

Of course! Everyone seems to be asking about that. I'll post pictures and try finding the write-ups I used to do it tomorrow after work. I'll probably put it on here so I can just link them to this instead of making more clutter on Facebook.

Nope, nothing from Japan. Everything was ordered from STM, Extremepsi, the forums, or got from pick n pull. Lol.

For those wondering how I did the Mr2 p/s, here's the thread I used. Click --> Mr2 hydro ps install.

Here is how I had it mounted, took some pictures for people asking about it but realized you couldn't even see how it was mounted due to ugly wiring.

                              Cleaned it up a little.

I keep ripping off my HD lips.

                              Shitty upskirt shot.

Lol, this car was never sold or made in japan. But Im sure you allready knew that, thats what I like about you. Your attention to detail.

All funnies aside, the car looks great. Im glad more DSM's are getting into this side of the car scene, the 2G curves are perfect for a wide low stance.
