This is about where we want the ride height to be, on some 165/45s...

Gotta make a reinforced/armored oil pan, and make engine spacers to lift it a little. Haven't decided if we want to lift it 1 or 1.5 or maybe even 2 inches.

On another note, We got our exterior paint today. we kinda want to keep it a surprise for now. We will reveal the interior and exterior colors soon though.

Thanks man. We haven't had much time to work on it recently, but we have been getting parts together... We're hoping to get back on it this weekend.

Haven't updated in a while, between getting new wheels for other cars, working on the E38 and work coming in we haven't had much time to throw at the coupe.

We got the pacesetter header ceramic coated, why pacesetter you ask? because eventually we are going turbo so we didn't want to spend a grip of money on a really good header if it was just going to get removed anyway. Having said that, We wish we would have seen the raceland headers for 16v before we bought this one, its stainless, really nice looking and almost the same price, give or take a few hamiltons.

          Header

Speaking of wheels, got a set of 19" Rotiform BLQs for the B5.25

amgs, rotis, bbs. This is the fap corner.

Been doing some cleanup on the car, nothing worthy of pictures really but since we like to document here's some of the inner fender all cleaned up(except for the top where we're spraying some undercoating) and another pic of it sprayed with etching primer.

We're also cleaning up the inside, removing tar and are going to body work it and paint it engine bay/inner fender color. pics of that later.

Another quick update, started getting all the crap out of the inside. Removed the tar boards with the heat gun, scraper method and now need to remove all the goop left behind. Will probably wire wheel the whole thing after and apply some etching primer also so no rust starts up.

The crap we removed, haven't weighed it yet.

                              Will keep updating .

So we decided this is where we're taking the build...

                                and adding some camber

kidding of course... or are we..?
