Removing seam sealer/undercoating suuuuucks! But it must be done for the level of paint we want on this thing.

    Clean inner fender

now just some sanding and then some sealer/primer

we removed 6 lbs of seam sealer/undercoating(some had already been cleaned up before the picture)

    and the weapons of choice

    more later

Got some goodies today. Some "justfornow" wheels I got from a dude on a corner...

and our aluminum radiator for the carb setup. Its a mishimoto EG radiator, small enough to give us room for the stacks. We wanted an E21(to stay euro) aluminum radiator but nobody makes them...

                    Wheels are BBS RM001's BNIB

Please do not run fenders or hood so we can all admire the amount of work and beauty that is under neath, thank you.

The plan is to drive it, and drive it a lot, so fenders are a must. But this is mostly a "show/demo" car now. A long way from the original plan to just put digifant efi on the 16v idea from a few years ago. It will be hoodless for the most part(shows/cruise ins) but it does have a hood and we do plan to have some artwork on it for shows, maybe a logo or 2.

Better you than me, if these were in my hands they'd already be for sale...or I'd be hunting for a e21
