The build had my attention but now you have diverted it to the pit. I have lost interest in the build and want to beat someone for what happened to the dog before you picked her up.Sup. Call me Z.

No pics right now, but the car is at the body shop, the rear quarters were widened about 3/4" where it's tight on the rear bumper. Wheels were ordered, CCW LM20s, tires ordered, and bullet nose studs. The Mishimoto radiator I modified started leaking from the core, manufacturing defect, I said screw it and am having Afco custom make a radiator. I knew I would have problem with the only part on the car made overseas. No more of that junk! Pics soon!

Where did you put the maf, I saw it on the Throttle body before the new intake, did you just move it to the bottom of the intake piping?IG: Dimitriantoniou

It's in the piping now, back side of it. I'll post some shots of the intake. Got back from vacation, had some parts waiting on me. A quick test fit at the body shop, then off to powder coat for them.

I'm curious, where did you source the plastic hose fittings? That plastic T you have with the powergrip clamps is super clean and I would love to do some custom coolant hoses like that.Originally posted by HellrotM3 View PostSpent some time wrapping up all the heater hoses and heater valve placement. It's about as clean as it can get for the space available, especially for a car with heat AND A/C. I used Gates Powergrip heatshrink clamps for all connections, they look MUCH cleaner than all the worm drive clamps. I'm waiting to get my radiator in so I can get this thing on the dyno. The driveshaft is in the car, a 3" steel unit, so not nearly as much flex as an aluminum, still have the strength, and negligible weight gain. I made more little brackets, this time, for the MAP sensor hold. Since the LS3 intake doesn't have a way to secure an LS1 style MAP, I had to make something, then had it powdercoated.
I'm in the process of TIG'ing up an aluminum expansion tank to replace the stock plastic junker, that will mount on the new aluminum radiator. I also am making the steam port tube a little more aesthetically pleasing, I'm show more of that tomorrow.
