Either way they should be a really killer setup.
Damn, you are one nice guy for doing that free of charge haha. I'm not so sure I'd have the patience to do that again. I actually went through about 9 or 10 bits before I got the carbide bit, and once I got that it worked pretty well... went through 10 various dremel bits, 2 carbide bits, and 2 brand new drills (overheating) before I finally got both of them drilled out. You brought the struts to the machine shop or the knuckles?

Yeah, I used MH1 bi-xenon projectors. They are awesome.

I will email you the guy's name and the website where I got them. I've started only putting them on for shows where I can see the car 100% of the time. I just pop them off when I walk away from the car. You just can't trust people much anymore.

Just the knuckles. Worked out perfect.

Wow, wish I had thought of that. How much did they charge you to do that?

Yeah the stripes might be coming off. I saw a frontal rolling shot of my car and just way too much going on for my liking between the europlate, stripes and headlights. So headlights make the most sense to keep... (legally :P ) so that's probably all that will remain.

200.... so freaking worth it. Wish I had known about that!

So I've been on the search for new wheels. I was looking at the new 2-piece fifteen52 tarmacs, but can't swing $3k for a 2-piece wheels, doesn't make any sense to me. A friend just showed me these and I'm wondering what you all would think about them on my car.

They can be found on the relative cheap, and they are relatively adapter friendly.

Breytons are becoming more and more popular, but I've never seen them on a Mini and I think they could look really good. Nice car!

I love the BBSes but sometimes you've gotta change things up. The Breytons are really interesting. What sort of finish are you thinking of?

I like the all white Style 5's, but Breytons will also look really good on it.... they're certainly popping up more and more on smaller hatches etc which is making them harder to find. I'm about to start building a set, can't wait to get them on my car!

Lambo, you should definitely get one. They are great little cars. Once you have one you can't get rid of it!

Beware, I am looking pretty aggressively for them. Kind of hard to make them work though, with my car because it can't handle very wide wheels/aggressive offsets, and adding adapters on top of that is tough.
