So after the devastation of my previous car I made the jump to something "sensible." The Z3 took a rigorous beating in 50k miles and never got the treatment and attention it deserved.
So, enter the 04 WRX.
Do keep in mind, I have a serious drinking habit that needs funding.
That means between it and bills, I is broke lol
This is how she looked the day I bought her.
I,know, I know. Its been modified. "build it, dont buy it"
Im all to aware lol but for the price, I made no argument.

Dont mind the cell pics. My camera suffered a beating and I need car parts first.
Anyhow, the car had pros and cons.
Pros:
Carbon fiber hood and trunk (not to excited for this)
Hellas
Nice Milled Shift knob
Tint
HKS Turbo-back
WORX BOV
3" Aluminum racing radiator
Megan Spring on unnkown struts
Cons:
Minor oil leek on the west side valve cover
Fouled EGT sensor
Runs rich from time to time
shudder in reverse
pop in right front half axle
headlights suck d***
ZIPTIES eer'where
failing clutch (pretty sure the current one could pass for a ginger snap cookie)
awful/skinny wheels
unknown boost controller, like, idk where its even controlled from
nice A pillar gauges, that someone never installed right
Some of this has been taken care of.
First order of business: remove plasti-dip from wheels and bumper

Boom. Done.
Second: remove gauges till proper one can be ordered/installed correctly.

Then, jerry-rig/zip tie the functioning boost gauge to steering column.
Yea, I know, thats way too cool right?
I think not.
General maintenance came next starting with THE WORST PART OF OWNING A BOXER ENGINE

Missing some blood after that one. Didnt know one could throw their voice out saying the word c***sucker. Did the oil, trans, filters, a few leaky lines, rad fluid, brake fluid brake.
I would love to bore you with the gruesome details of that exhilirating upkeep, but it might be best saved for later.
Even took the time before maintenance to pressure wash this dirty f*****'s engine.
Also adding the obligatory ABA to my filthy top mount.

Future plans:
Respray with WRB, including the CF parts and skirts
rear valence
Front lip
TE37 reps (I KNOW) 17x9, with some adapters
FMIC
D2 coils
VF52 turbo
injectors
Nexus tablet dash install
I'll be back.
