After that, everything will come apart, get coated, and I'll be swapping in the new motor and trans.

Oh my goodness an update!
Sort of. Like I said before, it's in my dad's hands now but he hasn't really done anything so I went home this weekend to help out. He's not lazy or anything, but he's been swamped with tuning work.
Anyways, here are some pics of the 5" dump off the turbo and the cap I made.
And this was the only picture of the wastegate that turned out. It looks crooked, but the pipe is a 45* bend to the side... not down. When looking under the car, the cut is perfectly even with the body line.
Today I put on the bored out intake manifold, Fore fuel rails, regulator, and injectors. Then we dropped the three 350lph pumps into the tank and I got most of the lines run but the right fittings were not ordered to complete the setup so my dad said he could finish it up and would order the stuff tonight. And that's that.

So it's been really slow in here. I've been at school so I'm hardly at home.
But Christmas break is here at last.
And so is the piping. It just got back from ceramic coating. I laid it all out on one of those plastic tables or whatever to show you just how much there is. I think it looks like a pile of snakes.
Hopefully it will all be in the car soon. Right now the tranny is out as we decided to put the built one in to see how far we can push the stock 6.1.Last edited by M.Doban; 12-12-2013, 08:50 PM.

Ladies, the day has come. The world's first large-frame turbo SRT8 Jeep will go on the dyno tonight! I'm pretty excited. Remember, this is only on the STOCK 6.1 engine, so don't expect any quadruple digit power figures yet.
Here are a couple unflattering pictures of everything together and wrapped. Videos to come!
