    swapped my front coils from the v8...the rear will be next




    so far
    AEB block
    AEB pistons w/new rings
    HoD H beam forged rods w/arp bolts

    needed to tie in a few coolant lines so i picked these up. looks like these are made for sensors...these have a 3/8 fitting so i can put a 90* and a 5/8 barb fittings on.








    also snagged a new 2300 cfm Perma-cool fan. it is nice having Summit Racing 20min away

    ^^ thanks man. Not many have done the swap. I am on the only one dead set on having a side mounted radiator.


    2nd to last MK3 TDI water pump pulley left in VW USA stock. Should push more volume. Also have a MK2 thermostat water outlet on order.

    ordered a smaller diameter TDI water pump pulley to increase the water flow.

    ended up picking up 2 AEB heads




    had to modify the pilot bearing since i started with an automatic crank from a B5

    even though i am a chip tuner for a well known Canadian shop..started to "bench" flash a few ecu's into 557p's with my own tools so i can start doing my own tune for this project.

    picked up a 2004 A4 k03s. little bit of a scrubbing and paint...


    also going to swap on a obd2 vr6 12v throttle body...so i needed an adpater. ill print this out in a day or so.
