Alot has happened over the past few weeks and its time to properly update this thread!

First of all, the title of this thread now needs to read "SENZA PARI 260Z". I have sold the grey 240 which started this thread. Upon first inspection the car didn't appear to be in too bad of shape, but after I got it home and had a couple of weeks to go through it, it just wasn't the case. The unibody was twisted in the rear and the passenger side strut tower was almost an inch higher than the driver side. Fixable, sure... but I didnd't want to have another all out project... that's what the 280 is for. So, on craigslist it went and it was sold in a matter of days.
That same night, not 20 minutes after I watched the new owner drive off in mine, I found a 260Z on craigslist in Milwaukee (it seems to be where all of the good ones are). After a few text messages back and forth I drove down a few days later to check it out, and purcahsed it last week. Bright orange like the 280... let the fun begin.

Brand new Yokohamas... I won't complain. They'll work perfect until the new wheels are ready to be mounted up.

A few paint chips here and there, but otherwise its as solid as any Z I've seen.

Ho shit! That looks a lot better condition than the 240 before. This should be very interesting!

That's a really nice find - Not big on auto, but I guess whatever. The Datsun family goes on!

It's a manual, it just has a big Hurst T-handle shift knob (I guess you can't even call that a knob):-)

I had noticed... you don't like the ducktail?
ps: ha you said knob - pedal looked a little big though for it to be manual, but good deal then.

                            Now for the fun stuff.

My cousin (Tanner is his name) brought up his wheels and tires. Toyo Proxes R1R, 225/45/15.

Mounted on Diamond Star Racing (also manufactured right down in Milwaukee) wheels, 15 x 10's, with a -25 offset.

How does the saying go... time for some low?? Soon enough....

Both set of coilovers arrived, along with the new tires that will be going on my Z. I will be running Work Meister S13P's as on my 280, 13's in the rear with a 335/35/18 tire and 11.5's in the front with these 285/30/18's, which are the shortest overall tire I could find in an 18" size. The wheels should be here in a few months, typically its 90 days plus or minus for any special order wheels from Work.

And of course the models of the new camber plates and rear strut tower plates which will be cut out and welded in for the new coilovers. Not necessarily exciting, but a crutial part none the less.

I also was lucky enough to find a 3 piece IMSA spoiler which I'll be running on my Z.

I love the ducktail, which is why it'll be going on mine! I originally found my couzins car and asked the seller if he would sell me just the spoiler. He said he would part it out if he didn't sell the car.... fast forward a week later and the car is in my driveway... along with my spoiler. It all worked out:-)
