Sorry for the lack of updates. Things have been crazy since moving home. Been busy job hunting, interviewing and doing some side design work. but on to the MK3

Since being home the mk3 has been just hanging out. My buddy Brandon and I messed with the front a little and got it down to here..


Now with that being said there are changes that will be happening.
To be honest the mk3 is not as fun on air as the mkv was. I'm basically driving around close to aired out daily. So I'm putting the air ride up for sale, $1200 firm which is a great deal for anyone looking for air ride for mk2, mk3, b3 or b4.
After that sells all this will be ordered..
-CX Racing Coilovers
-Unix 1" Ball joint extenders
-BFI tie-rod flip
-new ball joints
-new control arms & bushings
-new tie-rod end links
-New Pass & driver axles

The Type A's are also for sale., Really want to drop down to wider 15's and 45 series tires, but if they don't sell I'm going to pick up some 165/40 Federals to give a little more up front and then refinish them.

Air ride sold last night.
Cx Racing coil overs on their way. Once they get here They will be swapped out and the new owner of the air ride will pick it up and give me the other half of the money which means I can order my other parts. :thumbup:

But it looks like I'll still be on air this weekend for Water By The Bridge.
Switch I still need to really clean the car in and out and clay and wax the car but this snow over night makes me not feel like doing that :laugh:

Update!
Well last night the air came off the car. It's been fun but we must part ways air ride.
Put the CX Racing Coilovers on. Took one of the three lock collars of of the front. Fronts are sitting just about perfect but need a little smaller tires to be really happy with it. Rears will be coming down a bit more. I must say the ride is great and love the CX's so far.

Only bummer news is that I lost half of my NA lip on my way to work thanks to the grave drive way at our friends house we are staying at. It's on the side of the road some where I between work and my current staying place. My buddy Brandon has a spare lip at his house I'll be grabbing after work.

If all goes to plain I should be ordering my control arms, tie-rod end links, ball joints and tie rod flip this weekend. After that we will see what money I have but then most likely buying tires and then my ball joint extenders if I can.

So I have been lazy and have not updated this.
A lot has changed in the last month or so....



-Type A's sold to my buddy Chris for his E30.
-Picked up a set of 16x9 et25 Modern Lines from Mike.
-Lowered the car more.
-Started to clean out the bay. AC, PS, Evap & SA all removed. Started trucking away some wires. Battery relocation is next of the list then I can really start trucking the wires.
-added a awesome dent in my hood from hitting a bad bump on the way home from SOWO which pushed my throttle body into my hood.
-Bought a CL lip at SOWO. Cracked it on the way home from SOWO and then killed 2 weeks later. :laugh:

There is still a lot to get done before H20I.
