Decided I'm gonna get the frame professionally notched 2" on each side, should be able to get the desired height after that...hopefully

Hell yeah man!
To go as low as possible you will have to tub your front fender wells so the tires can move farther up in your engine bay. That's the main thing that is holding you up right now.

This is from one of the stages of tubbing the wheel wells on Air Lift's 05 STI. The car was on 18's.
