I haven't got sick of the wing yet, but if I do, I still have the old trunk with the luggage rack and small spoiler on it.

I'm going on a 3000 mile trip across the country when summer comes around, and the luggage rack may come in handy... Or I may just stack even more stuff on the huge saleen wing, lmfao.

I personally love the way the car looks now... Just gotta get the back rims on...

By the way...... What do you guys think about the hood? I'm thinking of going back to stock.
like i said to each there own. all im saying is u can have a nice drift car and not be all Riced out. lol

if your going for that ricer look that hood is perfect for that look. keep it on.
if i had a GT Vert this would be the wing(spoiler) that i would put on. nice clean and suttle. keep this wing in mind if u ever decide to get rid of that Ricer look. lol

Hey man what are your overall plans for the stang? Ive noticed when ppl add their plans they get better directions/ideas from others. Just tryin to help haha and I'm interested in this build!!

As for the hood I kinda like it but for styling ideas put the top down and look at it because i have noticed some cars look great with top up but with top down they look wack!!

For the wing..... Verts look really long without one but the saleen is to tall. If it didn't stand so tall it would probably look good!! Maybe modify it to slim it down? It's been a while since I've looked up foxbody vert spoilers so I can't think of any good ones ATM.

    Just some thoughts! Happy modding!!

Only thing I'm worried about on mine...pretty sure I'm not gonna have enough room for a 9 when I switch to coilovers up front.

IMO, the sfc's aren't even a big limiting factor in ground clearance. I think the top of the tire would hit the top of the inner fender before the sfc's even hit the ground.
They'll just keep your frame rails and floor pans off the ground. Haha.

This. I don't care that its a vert...I just don't like Saleen wings if they're not on Saleens. Haha.

At most i think it'll only gain like 1.5" but hey if it helps. I know I still need to get out there and see if it is in fact the next lowest component besides the exhaust but its like 20* outside so it'll have to wait.

3 inches is a lot.... I could be dragging my subframe connectors with that much more room, haha. I've thought about a tubular k-member, but its way out of my budget, especially at this moment...

Edit: Actually, I just remembered a local guy is selling a whole UPR front suspension setup from a notch and I think he wanted like $400 or something. K-member, control arms, coilovers, everything. He chopped up his auto-x car and is parting it out. Don't know why he didnt sell it whole, it was a nice car...

Interested to see where this goes.

IMO a tubular K and A arms will help greatly. You'll have more clearance, more access, shave a good chunk of weight off the nose, and the tubular arms give more tire movement.

Toughest part I've seen so far is ensuring sufficient clearance in the front wheelwells if you go with wide wheels.

Good call...I didn't even think about that.
