Here is a teaser shot of it still in the garage.

    • god dont tease like that!! haha
Ive been debating whether to go 19s for like the past 4months, i cannot decide.
When youre completely aired out how low does it go? Are your rear axel stops touching the frame? and is your front air dam (that black plastic fin) touch the floor?

      • Yeah on the rear I actually removed the bump stop and it sits on the axle. And the front splitter is about an inch off the ground. When I went to a smaller diameter front tire on 17's it actually layed k-member on the ground, but now since I'm back to stock height with the 19's its up again.

I need to find a lip like yours and do some skirts.

        • Awesome! i need bags, haha
Which fronts did you go with the (HQ) or (RQ)?

Yeah that front lip you posted a couple pages back would be dope.
I was thinking about the factory side skirts and rear lip but i think they look terrible imo.
I was gonna go with the 6LE designs side splitters, they emphasize where the bottom of the rocker panel actually is.

          • Yeah, I just really despise the 6LE stuff. It's so greatly overpriced because they are the only ones making it. You could literally cut that out yourself for so much cheaper.

            • Thats exactly what i was thinking, Order a strip of 1/8inch thick abs plastic for like $40 and do it my self

              • That's smart thinking, when I asked them why on ls1tech they said because they use a waterjet and bevel the edges, that's why they charge that much.

                • From the pictures it looks like you could use a spacer in the rear

Yeah I could, I went the safe route and went +40mm in the rear with 10.5". probably need a 10mm spacer to sit flush.

                      • Looks good man. Going to be getting the third gen low pretty soon, but I won't have anything but IROCs for wheels for awhile.
