Just got done backyard painting the lip kit. Came out pretty good, only have 1 run I need to take care of. Going to let the clear harden for a day or two then hit it with wet 1500 and 2000 grit.

I Cant wait to see how those side skirts fit, ive been wanting them for a while but idk how theyd look, and i feel like theyd get ripped off within like 10 minutes. lol

Just went through the whole thread. Props for figuring out how to lower this thing. I have a 2000 SS, red, same as yours. It's on Konis and Strano springs and the gap is just ridiculous.

Just a question - how do you go flush without the wheel colliding with the rear quarter? Since these have panhard rod setup on the axle pivots up and to the side. I know because I've cut my left rear tire over heavy bumps even though it's evenly adjusted left to right when sitting still.

I heated up and beat the inner lip so its flat with the exterior. Even when the bumpstop is fully compressed against the axle it doesn't touch or hit anything anymore.

My new shift knob and short stick for my hurst shifter came in. Don't mind my pale white arms/legs

Also ordered a porter cable, with paint correction stuff and glaze/sealant/wax all that fancy stuff.

Thanks. I think these new skirts really show off how low the car is since a lot of people said it wasn't that low
