Awesome work, its come a long way! Love to see domestics on this site! Definitely gonna be nice. Would be sick with black wheels with a gold/brass lip.

You guys probably all thought I was dead or something, but nope just been stalled for a while with engine problems, leaky intake gaskets and bad carb and all that great stuff. Ill just let the pictures speak for themselves.

BLACKKKKKK!! Paints finished just needs a good buff to get some dust out and itll look perfect. Trim pieces and bumpers coming soon along with exhaust. Once its on the road the real fun can begin and I can start getting it low.

I think I know where I want to go with it finally and thats a nice forward rake nice with lots of low in the front on some 16x8.5 BBS LMs until I can get the rears tubbed and maybe an IRS setup or a narrow 9 inch rear. Eventually want to have some 18x12s in the rear.

Finally found someone who has done a similar setup for wheels as Im thinking about doing.

Opinions, suggestions? Im thinking 18s instead of 17s or perhaps 17 front 18 rear. Trying to contact the owner of the car via email.

The ride tech on that 69 is the setup Im going with but on the 69 mustangs and really 67s and up you can run 18x9 and even x10 no problem but on the 64 65 and 66 the leaf springs and inner fenders keep you from going more than 8.5.

Ok guys I need help finding rims that will fit. I want a mesh style wheel similar to bbs lm xxr 521 and ccw. My problem now is the wheels all the muscle car guys put on these cars have a negative offset (-32ish) with 4.5" backspacing. The researching I've done told me I can only fit 8.5s in the rear and that's pushing it. Also the xxr 521s I'm looking at are 18x8.5 with a positive offset (25mm). This is the first car I've bought rims for. Can anyone help me either find something similar or explain how to fit these wheels?

Ok here is the interior. Steering wheel and floor mats are temporary

Have the door panels and rear panels that go between the door and rear seat just havent put them in yet.

And heres one of the car. Have a vacuum gauge attached to the intake because the car was having trouble idling. Turned out to be an intake gasket leak which is now fixed.

    Its getting there.

    Bench!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never seen a classic stang with a bench before, and it'll make your car stand out compared to the rest of the classic crowd.

Yeah that's the plan for now its upholstered and in the car along with most of the interior. I'll have some pics up tonight hopefully. I'm split on whether I want to put a racing bucket seat or keep the bench.

Do the arming/ shelby control arm drop it will change the cars feel.
Cutting springs is the way to lower it. Even if you get 620 springs most cut 1/3 -1/2 coil off.

How low are you planning on going?
I hope to bag it. For now though I am looking at Fatman Fabrication 2.5" drop spindles and 1.5" lowering blocks. Bags require a 4 link but surprisingly fit the front control arms without any modification.
