I've had a few buddies try to get me to boost the F22, but I really don't even feel like messing with it constantly. I'd rather just drop the H in and roll. I'm sure I'll be plenty happy with it and will probably leave the engine alone from there. I say that now but after its all nice and running again I'll probably want more, that's usually how it goes. At this point I really just want to be able to drive it atleast 1000 miles without it breaking again.

I wish I could trade my heart for an extra liver, just so I can drink more and care less.

I can't wait to see the new engine in it. I wonder if any one has done a K swap on these cbs

I've seen one or two K swapped cb's before. Not to many people do it though since it cost so much more than the H and the potential of both for power is about the same. I guess the K would make more torque being bigger displacement.

There are quite a few actually but mostly they are hey look my dick is bigger than yours swap. the amount of money it cost to swap one in you can build a way better f/h that just drops right in and is way more reliable.

couldn't have said it better myself. I wanna say I've even seen one with the J swap but I could be wrong. I bet the hood would have to be cut though.

there is one j swap cb called overdose but its been a while. and there is a guy in Florida who is doing one right now full tuck and shaved bay and I think they got it to fit and let the hood close.

Ah I see. I mean I know the power of the f/h series are good for this car, but I was just curious. I know how some swaps can lead to bigger egos.
Also a J swap would be nasty. I am going to have to look at the one you mentioned

When I swapped a H22 into my old cb7 I was replacing axles once every 2 months. Fun stuff. And CB7_luver is right, a K swap would be a waste of money. Building a F/H would be waaayy more cost efficient.

seperated the trans tonight. The clutch is pretty much done. Also found a large crack in the throwout bearing. Could explain some of the noise I was having when letting the clutch out
