Currently I have these molding badges

I have never been a huge fan of them since my car isn't an ///M car.

However, I have always been a huge fan of these

Since I have ///M parts this seems more fitting and looks a little nicer.

Thoughts?

I have never really been a fan of the motorsport international badges. I think I will get the m-technic ones amd Allen and I are thinking about making a custom set as well.

From what you are making it sound like, the 79-93 shocks are longer than what I have.

Going from the size charts, the 79-93 should be the shortest of any generation Mustang. I think the difference is that I was running a tire size closer to stock and a sunk fitment. I had wheel clearance for days (tucked 18s), whereas you're resting on the wheel lip.

Not a ton done this weekend.

Saturday I went out to the shop and threw my front subframe and sway bar in the trunk to clean up at work this week. I think I will have my front subframe reinforcements TIG'd in at work as well.

My proper Adams Rotors came and I also picked up my powdercoated calipers, carriers, and knuckles.



I also ended up talking to a guy who does vector images and asked how he does them. I realized I didn't have the tool to do it, but he offered to do one of my car. He did an awesome job. He even modeled my AC Schnitzer Mirrors.

Placed my ECS order yesterday for front hubs and related parts, as well as all new hardware for the entire front suspension and steering.

Progress so far on the front subframe.










Picking up the reinforcement kit at break time and then possibly having it welded in sometime today or tomorrow=)

Here is how far the welder got yesterday. Should be done today or Monday=)




My CA Tuned front brake lines and clutch line came and they look great. I forgot to upload a picture to my photobucket though=/

I assembled my calipers last night. All of them except for one went together great. There is one that I cannot get the piston past the o-ring and it is frustrating the hell out of me. I will be trying at it more today.

I tried doing it all sorts of ways and then finally managed to get it stuck. I will hopefully figure it out but I know for sure the o-ring is the issue.


Side note: one of the axles gave out on my daily as I pulled into work today so I am both unsure of how I am getting home, how I am getting to the shop tomorrow, and what I am going to do for a daily in general.
