yeah i joined that site a while back. some good tips and shit on there i was going to do a KA swap in mine but a 5.0 and 5 speed seems pretty fun too
I was originally going to do a 5.0 swap but KA stuff is dirt cheap! I can pretty much tell you everythinf involved with that. If you **** wiring, do a 5.0. I just feel like i can easily make stock 5.0 power with some forced induction,and still come out around the same cost.
I like planet isuzoo, but it's mostly rodeos troopers and amigos.

Updates have been slow lately but I have been making some progress. I got my core support actually welded to the truck and welded in lower radiator brackets. I owe homie some beer and chicken wings, haha. I will snap pictures of that setup but for now I leave you with a fabrication picture. Side note, I'm forreal almost done, I'll be driving it around later today open headers if I have the time.

I really really should be cleaning up out there but I couldn't help but make an update. I'm just putting the finishing touches on 'er. Running some mismatched ass autometer gauges, wiring up the dual altima fans (one constant low one temp switch high) cleaning up the rest of the wiring and just real minor stuff. Here's some half ass night photos. Videos later in the week!!

She's the daily again! )) too bad my tail lights crapped out and I got stopped for that. I'm sweating all this new technology that I installed, looking at my temp gauge harder than the road, and I'm blowin' my tail light fuse. Oh well. Visual updates soon! You gotta see the hello kitty duct tape hood engineered shift boot. The smell of the B.S. paint used on the headers was a little overwhelming.

HAHAHAHA I was in this exact same boat for such a long time with my car. I know the feels man.
Also I should try the duct tape shift boot/ grommit idea.
Edit: Forgot the main reason I went to comment; your truck is as rad as a pug in Ray Bans riding a longboard on a California beach boardwalk.
